Lucid Marketing is a marketing and media services company with headquarters in New Jersey. Our success has created a new position of Director of Sales to be located in our Los Angeles, CA office. We are looking for a fresh thinking, hands-on sales professional, with proven success in finding new business and growing existing relationships with consumer market-facing companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Develop new revenue opportunities and manage existing client business for Lucid Marketing. * Deliver results. * Hands-on participation in Client and program development. * Effectively representing Lucid throughout the business and social communities. * Doing the work that is required to be successful, including: Networking, lead qualification & follow-up, presentations, proposals, etc. * Travel as required * Reports to the President
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE: * Demonstrated success with selling to marketing decision makers at all levels. * Hands on experience and success with managing long term client relationships. * An ability to open doors quickly and hit the ground running. * An appreciation for the small company experience. * Knowledge and experience with online marketing and alternative media. * The ability to operate as a highly organized and motivated self-starter. * A college degree. * A sense of humor and the ability to accept input from others.
